You don't need a Chief AI Officer or a big budget. You just need a place to start.
This webinar covers topics including:
- Identify the risks of ungoverned AI use in your organisation, including privacy, data and reputational exposure.
- Apply the six NAIC practices to build a practical AI governance framework suited to your NFP.
- Define success metrics and accountability structures that align AI use with your mission and protect client data.
