Description
About the presenters

Many NFP staff are already using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools without policies, training or oversight, and that creates real exposure around privacy, client data and board accountability. This session walks leaders through six practical governance steps from the National Artificial Intelligence Centre, using a relatable case study to show how any NFP can move from ad hoc AI use to a structured, mission-aligned approach. You don't need a Chief AI Officer or a big budget. You just need a place to start.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Identify the risks of ungoverned AI use in your organisation, including privacy, data and reputational exposure.
  • Apply the six NAIC practices to build a practical AI governance framework suited to your NFP.
  • Define success metrics and accountability structures that align AI use with your mission and protect client data.
