Description
About the presenters

Join us for a practical and interactive session exploring how MosaicLab uses AI to enhance group facilitation and support community-focused work. We'll walk through real examples of how we plan, facilitate, and report using AI always with people, ethics, and trust at the centre.

We’ll share stories and tools from our work with community organisations and explore how these approaches can support not-for-profits to:

  • Make sense of community and volunteer feedback
  • Save time on reporting and documentation
  • Create  opportunities for people to better connect with and build on participant data
  • Whether you're new to AI or looking to expand your approach, this session will leave you with practical ideas and thoughtful inspiration.
