Kavya is a Senior Manager in PwC’s Cyber, Risk, and Resilience team, with over 10 years of experience in Enterprise and Operational Risk, Compliance, Resilience, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) technology implementations across various industries, particularly in financial and consumer markets. She excels in designing and optimizing risk and resilience frameworks, streamlining processes, and enabling technology solutions. She is well-versed in industry frameworks such as APRA's Prudential Standard CPS 230, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST standards, and has conducted numerous internal audit reviews and control testing in areas such as operational resilience, cyber security, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and third-party frameworks. An important part of Kavya's role is to also work with not-for-profits regularly on pro and low bono service offerings while also participating in her board Observership program with BCNA this year.
Lucinda is a Consultant in the Cybersecurity and Digital Trust team with extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, and data privacy. She specialises in cyber capability engagements, virtual CISO arrangements, and developing multi-year cybersecurity strategies and operating models. Her expertise includes core cyber services like documentation uplift, NIST assessments, and third-party security support. Lucinda also excels in resilience engagements, conducting Business Impact and Continuity Assessments, and leading awareness and education initiatives. She has substantial experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity programs, including tailored Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. In the not-for-profit sector, Lucinda collaborates with Infoxchange at PwC to create content for the Digital Transformation Hub, focusing on cyber risks, incident response, and policy development.
