This session explores how tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can be used as digital coworkers to perform recurring research, drafting and summarisation tasks. You'll learn how to design useful agent workflows, establish practical guardrails and validate outputs before they are acted upon. The focus is on using AI agents productively while keeping risks manageable and outcomes reliable.
This course is designed to teach participants:
- Set up a recurring AI task that researches, drafts or summarises information.
- Apply guardrails and review processes to reduce risk when using AI agents.
- Decide when to use traditional automation versus a goal-driven AI agent.
