This session introduces the core concepts behind automation and helps you develop a practical framework you can use across a wide range of platforms. Together we'll set up a free Make (make.com) account, connect services and build a simple working automation. By the end of the session you'll have hands-on experience and a clearer understanding of what makes a process worth automating.

This course is designed to teach participants:

• Create prompts that work reliably inside automated workflows.
• Build and test a simple end-to-end automation using Make.
