Description
About the presenters

This session unpacks what "data readiness" really means for not-for-profit organisations thinking about AI or already experimenting with it. We'll look at how to audit what data you hold, where personal information lives and the risks it carries, and practical ways to protect it before it goes near an AI tool. We'll also cover how to build internal data and AI governance policies that are realistic, values-driven, and right-sized for the community sector, so your stakeholders can trust what you're doing.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Explain what data readiness means and why it matters before you start using AI
  • Identify where personal information sits in your data and the risks it carries
  • Describe practical ways to protect sensitive data so it can be used safely
