Description
About the presenters

ChatGPT is like having a dedicated digital assistant available around the clock, but only if you know how to use it well. This session takes NFP staff from the basics of the interface and privacy settings through to live demonstrations using real NFP scenarios, including volunteer recruitment, fundraising ideation and grant writing. We'll also cover the risks, including AI "hallucinations" and data privacy, so you can use it responsibly. Walk away with practical prompting skills and a cheat sheet you can use straight away.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Navigate the ChatGPT interface and locate key privacy and data settings relevant to NFP confidentiality.
  • Write effective prompts using a simple framework to get useful outputs for common NFP tasks such as drafting, brainstorming and refining grant applications.
  • Identify the ethical risks of using ChatGPT, including hallucinations and data protection, and apply best practices to use it safely and responsibly.
