What is AI? In this session we’ll introduce you to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, demystifying what AI is and the ways it can be practically applied as a not-for-profit. We’ll explore core concepts, ethical considerations, and real-world use cases to build your digital literacy and confidence using AI tools responsibly.
This course is designed to teach participants:
- Define artificial intelligence (AI) and its core concepts
- Identify and compare types and applications of AI
- Recognise different AI personas and staff needs in NFPs
