Description
About the presenters

This free three-part webinar series is designed to help not-for-profit professionals use Copilot confidently and ethically in their daily work. Whether you're brand new to AI or ready to explore advanced features, you’ll learn practical ways to improve efficiency, communication, and impact across your organisation.

Each session runs for 40 minutes and includes hands-on demonstrations, Q&A time, and practical use cases tailored to the not-for-profit sector.

Session 1: Copilot for Presentations

Join us for the first session in our three-part webinar series exploring how Microsoft Copilot can streamline and enhance your daily work.

In this introductory session, Patrick Staff from Infoxchange will walk you through the core features of Copilot and how it integrates with Microsoft Office tools. Together, we’ll complete a hands-on exercise using Copilot to create a PowerPoint presentation designed for a board or management audience. This practical activity will help you understand how to use prompts effectively and demonstrate the value of Copilot in supporting organisational decision-making.

Session 2: Copilot to Draft Proposals

In the second session of our free three-part webinar series, we’ll explore how Microsoft Copilot can support not-for-profit professionals in creating compelling proposal documents for board and executive audiences.

Led by Patrick Staff from Infoxchange, this 40-minute session will guide you through using Copilot in Microsoft Word to draft, refine, and structure high-impact proposals. Whether you're working with the free version of Copilot or considering a paid license, we’ll demonstrate how to get the most out of AI-powered writing tools while staying aligned with ethical and security best practices.

Session 3: Copilot Agents

In the final session of our free three-part webinar series, we’ll bring together everything you’ve learned to build a custom Copilot Studio agent designed to support board and executive-level engagement.

Led by Patrick Staff from Infoxchange, this 40-minute session will show you how to use the PowerPoint presentation and Word proposal created in Sessions 1 and 2 as a knowledge base for a Copilot Studio agent. You’ll learn how to configure the agent to answer questions from board or CEO audiences confidently, accurately, and securely.
