From Overwhelmed to Unstoppable: The Context Model Canvas

Discover how to turn generic AI tools into mission-driven teammates that truly understand your organisation. In this friendly 2 part webinar series you will guided you through building your own Context Canvas—your NGO’s unique blueprint that teaches AI your mission, audience, and programmes while addressing privacy and security concerns. Whether you're a CEO or a programme coordinator, you’ll leave equipped to deploy AI that feels like a trusted colleague—one who boosts your capacity and speaks in your team’s voice.

Each session runs for 60 minutes and includes hands-on demonstrations, Q&A time, and practical use cases tailored to the not-for-profit sector. The series will focus on ChatGPT with adaptations for claude and NotebookLM.

Session 1: Creating your AI Command Centre

In this session you'll create your complete Context Canvas - the "DNA blueprint" that teaches AI your mission, beneficiaries, and programmes while addressing security and privacy concerns for NGO data.

Session 2: From Foundation to AI Workforce

In session 2 you will be able to transform your Context Canvas from Part 1 into three powerful AI workflows. Picture AI writing grant applications that capture your unique approach and generating donor communications that sound authentically like your team, with full security protocols covered.

This webinar covers topics including:

  • Create a Context Canvas that teaches AI their organisation’s mission, beneficiaries, and programmes.
  • Transform the Canvas into three secure, mission-aligned AI workflows for real-world use.
  • Evaluate how AI can amplify team capacity and maintain authentic communication in an NGO setting.
