Is your not-for-profit organisation prepared for cyber threats? With increasingly limited resources, many NFPs struggle to develop a robust cybersecurity strategy. This webinar, facilitated by experts from PwC, will introduce participants to the essential elements of cybersecurity strategy development, from identifying risks and drafting policies to implementing affordable security measures.

Participants will gain an understanding of the practical steps they need to take, such as creating an incident response plan, engaging staff in cybersecurity awareness, and leveraging external resources for support. While the webinar won’t turn attendees into cybersecurity experts, it will equip them with the knowledge to begin building a cybersecurity strategy tailored to their organisation's needs.

Sabrina possesses a strong understanding of cybersecurity management, helping organisations find a balance between compliance and risk reduction.

Andrew Shaw

Senior consultant

Andrew is a senior consultant from the PwC Brisbane Cybersecurity & Privacy team. Andrew has a broad range of experience across a number of industries, supporting organisations in both cybersecurity governance and broader technology risk management. Andrew will bring expertise and insights in his experiences in assisting organisations to assess their cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.

Lucinda George

Consultant

Lucinda is a Consultant in the Cybersecurity and Digital Trust team with extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, and data privacy. She specialises in cyber capability engagements, virtual CISO arrangements, and developing multi-year cybersecurity strategies and operating models. Her expertise includes core cyber services like documentation uplift, NIST assessments, and third-party security support. Lucinda also excels in resilience engagements, conducting Business Impact and Continuity Assessments, and leading awareness and education initiatives. She has substantial experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity programs, including tailored Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. In the not-for-profit sector, Lucinda collaborates with Infoxchange at PwC to create content for the Digital Transformation Hub, focusing on cyber risks, incident response, and policy development.

Patrick Buckley

Patrick is a senior manager within the Cybersecurity and Privacy team in PwC Melbourne. Patrick specialises in privacy, data security and cyber risk governance, and has a background in risk and compliance management. He brings a unique and holistic point of view when solving problems for data and works with organisations to find the right balance of protecting data and creating value from data.
