She specialises in cyber capability engagements, virtual CISO arrangements, and developing multi-year cybersecurity strategies and operating models. Her expertise includes core cyber services like documentation uplift, NIST assessments, and third-party security support. Lucinda also excels in resilience engagements, conducting Business Impact and Continuity Assessments, and leading awareness and education initiatives. She has substantial experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity programs, including tailored Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. In the not-for-profit sector, Lucinda collaborates with Infoxchange at PwC to create content for the Digital Transformation Hub, focusing on cyber risks, incident response, and policy development.
