We’ve designed this comprehensive two-part workshop to provide NFP leaders and managers with the strategies to assess and optimise their digital environment, setting the stage for successful AI adoption.

• Evaluate your organisation’s readiness by gauging current strengths, resources, and overall appetite for adopting AI.
• Provide actionable next steps to enhance your digital infrastructure, ensuring a secure and effective foundation for AI integration.

With a logically structured approach, you will work in small groups and gain actionable strategies to position your organisation for sustainable AI success.

Part 1: 15-minute preparation work (offline)

Following registration, you’ll receive the preparation work a short introductory video and a short set of questions to help tailor your session that you can complete in your own time prior to the session.

Part 2: Morning of workshop

We will email the assessment template to have ready at the workshop.

Part 3: 90-minute workshop (online)

In the main session, we’ll work through the assessment template together, answering any questions and analysing your results and next steps.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a logical methodology and an evidence-based assessment of how ready your organisation is to harness the transformative power of LLMs and generative AI.
